Same here. It shows 0.00 downloaded for January. I know I've used up some. Are they being kind to us or what?

"i dunno, i reset just after midnight, my local only was very close to the monthly allowance, and im p0ep-bang of that r25 per gig fine they warn us about.
if you havn't reconnected since and you can access international right now, they bumped your session to blended, so be careful of doing local stuff
