Remember last month's massive moon, the one that dazzled onlookers on December 12? That moon was 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than a typical full moon.

Well, it's back tonight. NASA says tonight's moon will be the biggest full moon of 2009, "almost identical" to the one on December 12.

    Ownership rights
So for clarity, you will retain all of your ownership, copyright and all other proprietary rights in your member submissions. Ok that part was pretty standard though to be honest I dont like it. If you want to use peoples images to generate income then you should pay them.

However the next bit really puts me off
You also hereby grant each user of the Zoopy Website a non-exclusive license to access your submissions through browsing the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such member submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.
Sorry but no way am I granting other users these sort of rights to my images.

There's no way to protect your images anyway? Millions of images are "taken" from Google Images and Flickr on a daily basis. How would you ever track or prevent that anyway?
