My Image of the moon.Remember last month's massive moon, the one that dazzled onlookers on December 12? That moon was 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than a typical full moon.
Well, it's back tonight. NASA says tonight's moon will be the biggest full moon of 2009, "almost identical" to the one on December 12.

Ownership rightsOk that part was pretty standard though to be honest I dont like it. If you want to use peoples images to generate income then you should pay them.So for clarity, you will retain all of your ownership, copyright and all other proprietary rights in your member submissions. However, by submitting your videos, photos and other content to Zoopy via our website or any other means, you grant Zoopy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Member Submissions in connection with the Zoopy Website and Zoopy's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Zoopy Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
However the next bit really puts me offSorry but no way am I granting other users these sort of rights to my images. You also hereby grant each user of the Zoopy Website a non-exclusive license to access your submissions through browsing the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such member submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.

There's no way to protect your images anyway? Millions of images are "taken" from Google Images and Flickr on a daily basis. How would you ever track or prevent that anyway?
Pic site blocked at work, please post on mybb photo's if possible?
