As Neotel does not answer to threads in this forum anymore.

I would ask people not to post complaints... but Compliments.

Thereofore if you are having a GREAT/EXCELLENT/FAIR compliment.

Please post it here...:)

Well firstly, I'd like to compliment Telkom. I never realised how good they were until their "competition" showed up

Telkom's fraud?

Well, after ripping off people in my street for phone services for 20 years, and recently for ADSL services, their lines were stolen. You think they would replace? Think again. They demanded their customers (not me!) pay for a trench to be dug along the street to lay the cable underground. BTW, the telkom customers in my street are still being billed, even 3 months after no service!

-10000000000000000 for Telkom.
-1 Neotel for not having coverage in my area.

In both instances I suggest we rather use the GROTESQUE / EXORBITANT / FAIL rating scale?

Neotel (the rep) is answering posts and PM's.

JMRHOWES - I wouldn't answer you either - you've done nothing but attack Neotel - If I was the him, I'd avoid you because I could only see you moaning like a stuffed pig.
I suggest you change your tactics a bit... be nice, be patient, be polite - try solve the problem and see what happens.

Hey .... listen BUDDY!!! , Neotel rep has not been online for 2 weeks,

Why should people settle for second rate services they deserve the attacks customer support and services is not at an acceptable level this maybe be Africa but common seriously. Just have to look at hellopeter.co.za to understand severity of unhappy customers and to put the cherrie on top the screwed up my bill with charging the wrong amount and it wasnt for going over the 10 gig cap i only used 2.5 according to them. What slays me while i phoned the call center i could hear them having an awards ceremony in the background must be a nice place to work...

I always try to be polite when dealing with people over the phone and in most cases it works a charm but from my experience with Neotel, doing this has resulted in very little help what so ever. The 48 hr response I was promised for a ticket I logged over a week ago has yet to be fulfilled. After 2 days of logging the ticket I phoned to find out if anyone was actually going to call me. They noted that the ticket was past the 48 hr period and promised to get back to me in 48 hrs once again. This happened a further two times.

Being nice, patient and polite isn't helping and Neotel has yet to discover or even notify people what the problem is on their network and explain to us why there has been problems for the past 2 1/2 weeks.

I challenge the Neotel rep to actually gives us some detailed information on what is happening.

Neotel outsources a call center company (I forget the name of it right now) so it was most likely something unrelated.

Neotel is aware of the increase in these queries. We are currently investigating these concerns and will revert the moment we have a solution.

gdiza .... LMAO ... YOU should apply for a job at NeoCHIT thats where you belong .. limited intelligence at its best.

What makes you special? If the service isn't right people MUST complain, you are all paying clients aren't you? (7 days dead line) :D ...

I always say, give them rope they will eventually hang themselves.

Why is there a need for the rep to PM you? lmao .. problems already? :D

Yeap! Problems already.

What I'm saying is... just be nice about it - it's one person helping, not a call centre.

I was just saying, I would think people only help people who don't look like they going to be even more difficult than they already are.
