Interisting that I get a PM message from the Neotel Rep, after giving my Neotel Number , Name etc, asks for my Mobile Number for a Tech to come and check the connection.

1: He isn't aware of my correspondance based on customer care breakdown, calls I have made to Neotel, and that Samantha states I need an External Antenna, even though for last month and 1/2 everything was cool.

2: My Cell Number is part of my Contract with Neotel, - Why do I need to repeat it Again.

Something doesn't seem right here, and why does he only respond after hours?

Neotel does not only respond after hours (check the other threads). In order to speed up the process I ask for information directly from the customer - that way there is no time wasted.

There is time wasted, MINE,

What happens if I dont have time to respond.

Today I have, and if I hadn't then your time would be wasted, because you would not have any information from me, Which Neotel already has.

Come on, seriously... The Rep is trying to help out, neotel is making an effort. Give them a chance. You seem to be giving them a hard time every chance you get.

Time excuse is rather lousy considering you have enough time to post tons of messages on almost every thread that pops up. If the rep requires your details then heck just pass them along; it isn't going to be that much of a trainsmash in your life.

With regards to your comments about the rep posting after hours I say thumbs up. Clearly he is puting in extra time to try and solve your problems.

I am not bashing you, but perhaps you should take some time to look at the way you react to the rep and consider if maybe there is a better approach.

A little bit of common courtesy goes a long way.

Don't be an ass. I know you are frustrated but the company representatives on mybb are a huge help and we really do need to appreciate them and treat them with a little bit of decency. They put a lot of effort into helping people solve their problems and we would all be worse off if people chased them away.

Stop being such a petty w@nker ffs - your problem is being addressed and you take issue with the fact that you were asked details intended to speed up the process!? Oh dear - how dare someone ask you to waste your precious time in order to obtain the correct details in a timeous manner!? How very dare they!?

What were you hoping to achieve with this thread in the first place?

You guys think what you want, I have had time because Im on leave.

Problem has been here for 2 weeks now, still not resolved.

If you see the other details on nonsense I have been told to do,

You would understand

You created an entire thread in an attempt to lambaste Neotel because the official rep on the forum asked for your details - your current issues are irrelevant within the context of this thread. Maybe in the greater scheme of things you believe you're justified in having a rant at every available opportunity, however within the context of this thread you're just being a w@nker. It's like going to a restaurant and receiving terrible food, then getting pissed off at the manager when he asks what you ate, so that he can refund you or cook you another meal - that's just being a plain tosser.

Hope you get your line sorted though...

Seriously, I've read a few of your posts and you seem to have a real problem communicating. I read what you write and I'm completely confounded by what you're actually trying to say.

Maybe if you were able to state your complaint in a clear and concise manner, so that ordinary people could understand what you're saying, then people would find it easier to help you out.

No wonder the Neotel rep ignores him...

The Neotel rep hasn't ignored him - hence his gripe - because the rep actually got in touch with him and had the audacity to ask for his details - bizarre, isn't it?

Aye, don't screw it up for the rest of us by trying to alienate the company reps.

The vast majority of us can separate the role of the rep from the technical, billing etc problems that we encounter. The rep is instead a more direct conduit than most people have, to solve our problems. He is a member of our community, and we are all the better for having him.

Neotel Rep: Welcome and thankyou. .. maybe work on sounding a little less robotic. ;)
