Uncapped international ADSL R630. Uncapped local ADSL R430

Uncapped local @ R430 is silly though ... you get that with a capped Telkom ISP account anyway.
Well there is talk around the town that they may be stopping the unlimited local bandwidth, so that is there if Telkom follows through with that.

Seems as if it excludes access to a rely SMTP server.
Thanks for the feedback, we just forgot to display that on the site, its up there now.

3 x 3gig accounts = R750

Basically, the whole premise behind these new "unshaped" accounts is assuming that the majority of users will not get past 9gig of downloads a month, which is fairly logical.

Yes, you can download 9gig at 512 ADSL top speed in 48 hours, but that's under ideal network conditions, which, as we know, are very rarely stable.

It also points to the fact that anyone downloading that amount of data every 48 hours can only be part of a warez network - otherwise, why the hell would they be downloading that much in the first place !

So, the uncapped ADSL solution is a good business plan - 70% of users will never reach more than 9gig, no matter how much they think they will - network conditions and logic determines that. The other 30% will leech as much as they can - because they are obviously part of some warez scene, or they are hopeless Linux distribution addicts.

So, in the end, it means more money for those that offer it and really isn't that attractive an offer to the average end user.

Well I also heard from a friend on top of that, who says he spoke with a Telkom manager and he has also heard from others... but you are right - its just word around the camp fire at this stage I think.

lol the friend who heard from the friend from another friends dads company managers... bla bla bla

People must stop with speculation to sell a product, we the consumer want facts or nothing. Speculation gets taken in as being a fact and well nothing can grow on BS.
