The tollfree number is only for china. there is no internasional number to call

Hi there! Did you actually receive your parcel? Did you phone someone or did you just wait? There was a letter/small parcel sent from Netherlands to me, I don't have a Tracking Number, this is a gift, I need to find the parcel asap! Any help would be appreciated!
Sorry for digging up this old thread but I saw this yesterday after having the same issue, emailed them not really expecting a reply, and then 2 hours later had the local tracking number.

I too have battled with this for ages until I discovered the following:
Using the URL:
http://www.parceltrack.co.za/find.ph...lID=TrackingNo
where the TrackingNo is the overseas number, eg
http://www.parceltrack.co.za/find.ph...D=CF########US
the site returns the local tracking number if it has landed here as well as perform the local tracking much faster than the sapo website.
You can also use http://ems.sapo.co.za/EmsWebSite/IPSTracking.aspx
with the foreign tracking number and it will give you much more detail but does not provide the local tracking number.
need help, above links not helping me ... got a letter for the states im waiting for with the ff number
LN3xxxxxxxxUS ... of course the x's are numbers ... i could track this on the usps site, but when i enquire with ems or the post office they tell me they cant track or convert this number and id need to wait for a "ready to collect" slip from them ... its been a while how can i trace this number locally
