This is normal. the tower is not dropping...:P

Your signal quality does not look too bad. These test run continually.

Your decibel readings should not remain on a constant unless you have clear sight to the base station and are using a panel, directional antenna.

Any ideas why connection to www.iburst.co.za is very slow today, I tried to visit it when doing speedtest and why we had connection timeouts on browsing last night?

I am failing to get more complaints regarding the web site loading slow. I have asked the network team to do a battery of tests just to make sure and they have found no problem as yet.
