iBurst stop your shaping of video streaming services! http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthre...uffering/page2
I have been an iBurst customer for a couple of years and their service has been tremendous on their helpline, but I am so frustrated these days with the incredibly slow download speed. It is a pain trying to read newspapers - to turn a page takes ages.
What is going on?
Cape Town: Mweb: download 0.60Mbps, upload 0.25Mbps, ping 73ms
Midrand - Neology: download 0.65Mbps, upload 0.22Mbps, ping 109ms
London - Namesco: download 0.57Mbps, uploads 0.18Mbps, ping 471ms

But still running at half the speed it used to be. Please iBurst, make a plan with the overloaded towers.
We pay for "up to 2Mbps", but since release of the new packages, speeds have halved. Will you cut our monthly payments in half because of half the speed? No, though not........
This is what I'm getting with a 2Mbps modem

Some times the internet is so slow, it would be faster to just fly to Google's headquarters and ask them this $h1t in person.!
