Default Individual PC data monitoring softwear ?

Do you get such a thing . I have 4 pc's on a network at the office , all going through one router . Is there a way to determine how much bandwidth each pc is using ?

something strange I discovered this morning was I installed Netmeter , but when working in Pastel I see that its also counting all that data as well . Could this be a wrong setting on my router (which also acts as a switch for the 4 pc's running in the office) ?

seems as though netmeter is just recording all the movement through the network card, not nessacarily the data to the internet.

Yes, as far as I know Netmeter monitors everything on your PC's network card level which didn't really help me when I wanted to monitor bandwidth usage as well. My IPCOP box can monitor all bandwidth per device so maybe that's an option for you.

You should then install NetLimiter which has the ability to monitor LAN, own PC or Internet traffic. Plus cool stats.
