How do you efficiently use the 20Gig local cap given by telkom every month?

hi there,

Every month I get my telkom usage report and I use less than 300Mb on local browsing while my 3gig cap is done by middle of the month, I found the forum for local browsing when your cap has been reached which is great but I doubt I would fully optimise the 20gig local browsing so generously granted by telkom every month, sooo... are there local torrent sites or p2p that one can use to better use the local bandwidth ?
