Diablo 2 LOD Local Server Setup Guide!

So I decide to post a little D2 setup guide on this forums since a lot of gamers visit here often. This is to get everyone amped for Diablo3!

First of all big ups to Saidin for making the D2 server possible. This is a mini guide on how to setup D2 to join the Twilight Local Diablo 2 LOD server.

1.) Have D2+LoD expansion installed. Make sure your updated to either patch 1.11b or 1.12.

2.) Download the gateway editor here: http://www.icyhell.net/download/46

3.) Open the gateway editor:

4.) You should be seeing something similar to the screeny I posted.

5.) Now click the Diablo2/xp tab (Block 1) at the bottom to select the D2 gateway editor.

6.) Click Add Gateway (Block 2) and add the the details like its in block 3 and click okay to create it.

7.) Select the War3 gateway you just created and click the "set to chosen Gateway" option (block4) to make it your default one.

8.) Open D2 Lod and click the Battle.net button to connect.

9.) Create an account and login.

10.) Create a character and njoy!
