Axxess shaped is IS by default, you have to specify that you want to use the SAIX connection to switch to SAIX.
So, something'z gone wong, and we still don't know if it's IS or something else.

Sigh, it's actually terrible service for the entire international link to go down during the day. I think we're far too used to this.

My IS international is dead, on my WA prepaid saix and it's working fine.

Well that's obviously not the same fault, even though I guess it led to this. That was for some minor intentional latency issue.
But we'll get a similar little incident report in some obscure place and maybe a note saying it's fixed when it comes back, not like that helps. The international link should almost never be able to go down this easily.
