Gcebile i think you misunderstood mei am done looking for help as you people at I-Burst are to incompetent to deal with Customers accounts and Customer service. I want an explanation from Shawn why this issue is still present. And further more i want to warn anyone that uses I-Burst or wants to use I-Burst to rather get another provider. I am now following steps to get this account canceled !
Again i ask where is the top management, are you guys not able to publicly respond to my posts ?
