Their orders seem to involve a manual step, so it can appear the order has been accepted, but later they will cancel it. So don't count your vouchers until the code is in your inbox.
I think NiTeD's order will be cancelled. If you look at the checkout page on BestBuy.com, next to the country drop-down, there is a link entitled "Important Note for International Customers".
Clicking this brings up a new window. If you scroll down a bit you will see this:
"Special Note about Apple® iTunes Codes
You may not use an international credit card to purchase an iTunes Code. If you attempted to purchase an iTunes Code from Best Buy in the US using an international credit card, your entire order will be automatically canceled."
Anyone had any luck with Best Buy?

What if you buy a BestBuy giftcard with your creditcard, and then use the giftcard to buy the iTunes voucher?
