OK, so I'm not going through all the posts but I recently watched a movie called Super. Its stars Rainn Wilson, who you will know as Dwight Schrute from The Office.

More like 'disturbing'. I downloaded the uncut version but no .srt file.

Funky stumble that *should* be worth watching: Screaming in High Heels: Rise & Fall of the Scream Queen Era.

    About:
A passion project for nearly a decade, this documentary gathers b-grade horror film actresses Linnea Quigley (Return of the Living Dead), Brinke Stevens (The Slumber Party Massacre) and Michelle Bauer (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers) to tell the story of how they all "accidentally" became cult icons of the late 1980s. Follow the ladies and their fellow directors and cast mates through the major direct-to-video boom which had them filming upwards of ten films per year, fighting off men in rubber monster suits, pubescent teenage boys and deadly showers. They were flown all over the world, dined with President Reagan and built profitable mini-empires from their fame by exploiting the industry which exploited them. Then it all came crashing down.

Having received little respect at the time, and today their importance & substantial contributions to the horror film industry mostly forgotten (sometimes deliberately), this documentary will bring an educational, fun and positive aspect to express how smart these three women were to play stupid.

This project is essentially complete. Interviews conducted, film clips licensed and editing 98% done. What we need now are the finishing costs to help us reach 100% and get this "scream come true" out to the public. Finishing costs include paying for needs like poster art, dvd duplication and packaging, publicity materials, final editing and graphic design fees among them.

I know $4,300 seems like such a low amount to some, but it's currently the block keeping me from wrapping up this love letter to the girls, their crew & their fans which I first imagined nearly a decade ago and am currently so close to seeing as a reality.

Sinners and Saints. A bit different to your average LAPD flick. Set in New Orleans it is dark and gritty with some epic shootout scenes. Most of it is very good albeit a B movie. One of my favs!
