xyz ..... I might be a special case. Don't let your judgement be affected by one odd occurance in their system. Other than this happening I can say for fact that AYCE is a solid and great service. I never had any issue's with them, that is with regard to speed, latency or downtime.

Network Architects have acknowledged ( FINALLY !!) that the currently
setup DSL links dont have the capacity to handle . An upgrade , and
installation of an extra link is going to be done over the weekend to
alleviate traffic . I will keep you posted , if I hear of any changes to

Actually, every single subscriber's input about a company matters, one doesn't learn about a company's quality of service if you wait for a massive outcry, think of it as listening to the 'little people'. You're wrong to assume that if its one complaint its not the company, even if there were a million subscribers and one person has a problem there is still a likely chance that it could be an ISP fault.
