looking for advice on roof repairs?

Im having my roof repaired tomorrow, hope you not the guy coming over :-)

exactly what kind of advice you looking for? Whether you should do it yourself or who to get to do it? What damage is there to your roof?

no I'm not offering advice I'm looking for advice! preferably from a professional roof specialist?

the plastic sheeting inside the roof has rotted away and now I getting the wind blowing into the roof causing my ceiling to creak. I got 3 options:

1) remove all roof tiles & perlons then install new plastic sheeting and replace perlons & tiles.

2) install TORCH ON the entire roof.

3) paint the roof with a sealer.

I prefer the TORCH ON as it is guaranteed to be water / wind proof and with the added bonus of reflecting the heat as it gets a silver coat of paint


any thoughts / contacts as I need some quotes for all 3 above
