Q No More is not to be trusted

I recieved a call from Charlotte from Q no more after I had made an equiry regarding my outstanding traffic fines.

She emailed me saying that if I paid them the money, warrants for my arrest would be taken care of and the remaining fines settled.

Happy to finally be able to get this off my back, I paid them over R 3000 for which i recieved no reciept. When I called to find out where my reciept was they told me that they had sent the money to their agent in Cape Town and were waiting on reciepts from them.

That was the last I heard from them. After numerous emails sent to them they have yet to respond to me or provide me with a reciept. I proceeded to ask for my money back but I have yet to hear from them even afetr I said I was going to take further action.

My advice is to stay very far away from them. They clearly steal from their clients.

Beware of Q no more. I am laying a case of theft against them on monday and will keep you updated on any progress or lack therof.

Any one else dealt with them and had a different or similar experience?

I know many people that use them and have never had issues, how was the money paid over to them, EFT, or cash?
EFT you will have a confirmation of some sort, cash you should have gotten a recipet immediately...

I paid via EFT and have proof of payment. My concern is if i am pulled over by the cops and get arrested even though I have paid....

You can also take this to small claims court.

I finally recieved a repsonse from Q No More. I no longer feel scammed by them and after speaking with their "manager", I feel alot better now that the reasons have been explained to me.

They were happy to refund my money to me but I have opted to wait for them to get the job done.

Email from xxxx of Q No More - "Hi, xxxx, I must apologies for the delay in the processing of your traffic fines. As you are aware we are not the traffic department and as a third party we get no preferential treatment and we wait like everybody else. We were attempting to save you some money by negotiating discounts on your fines, however the prosecutors are taking their time getting back to us, we submit bulk and then wait for them to process our files and let us know which fines they have reduced or not. I don’t think the process was explained to you properly, and has resulted in you thinking that nothing has been done with your fines and your dissatisfaction with our service.

Having said all that I am more than happy to refund you, we are in the service industry and our clients satisfaction and happiness comes first.

Please forward me your banking details and I will see to it that the transfer gets done asap.

mmmm, it seems i may have spoken too soon about giving Q-No More some slack. I have still not recieved any response from them... It's now 3 months and no result, not even a reciept. I guess their client satisfaction is not their highest priority...
