Can anyone suggest a good 5.1 surround sound package I can get for R2000? I will be plugging it into a home theatre pc to be used for games, movies and music.. I am more concerned with the actual quality of the sound and product, and extra features, then the wattage output or how loud it can go..

Best Iv seen is logitech g51, and creative gigaworks g550 wireless, although im a bit sceptical of wireless speakers..

get a set of logitech speakers... they are decent and the top of the range have better features than most of the more expensive equipment.

Other choice is Boston, but I think you might go over budget... R2000 isnt really alot of money when you start talking sound equipment, as just the cable in a decent setup is worth more than that!

A friend of mine has a set of da-voom or de-voom....something voom.

I was sceptical at first when he mentioned the name, but boy was I surprized! Cost just over R2000 IIRC.

The G51 seems really nice, but some reviews say the bass is overpowered in movies and music, the extra bass sounds good in games which i guess is y they are "speakers for gamers".
