    Default No international

So my problems started last night at about 12am, I was happily playing STO and then nothing, I did make a trace route and saved it as a draft in my gmail.... it was an interesting one.... it kept looping between the same 2 ip addresses. I would post it, but as the title says... no international

Now we get to this morning.... still no google.... but I can get to other websites

when is this going o be fixed?

    From website:
    "Problems and general queries
Phone our general call centre on 0877 20 72 00 (free from your iCall™ phone) or email us at helpdesk@iburstgroup.co.za any time – 24/7/365."

24/7/365.... they there's a laugh....... I've been on the phone for 30 minutes now... and no answer.... you should fire your current helpdesk staff as they seem to be sleeping on the job... and you can't tell me they are busy at 06h46 in the morning

But your post was after 7am?

What time did they answer the phone?
The theoretical capacity of a Boeing 747 filled with Blu-ray Discs is 595,520,000 Gigabytes, resulting in a 245,829 Gbit/s flight from New York to Los Angeles.

Things are bad this morning, I can't get gmail and I can't even connect to my work email (hosted in Cape Town).
Last night I got my fastest ever iBurst speed test result, 993kbps, but I don't seem to get that doing anything else.
You have PM with my UTID.

Anything to do with the iBurst 'helpdesk' is a nightmare. It's more fun phoning a government department. I once held on for 45 mins on a Friday afternoon before eventually giving up - and that was for their Sales dept! Am genuinely surprised the company is still around.

Yeah their helpdesk does take ages to get through . Though I am aware they did move their call centre somewhere else.
