    I'm getting billed for a static IP since December which i did not apply for. I have a sneaky suspicion it has something to do with the temporary statics Shaun gave the wow guys last year the fix the latency problem. This was supposed to be free and should have been removed when the issue was resolved. Contacted Accounts, but no response from them.

    Kindly sort your irritating nonsense out before we decide, along with many others, to institute legal proceedings against you.

    It will have to wait until I get home - we haven't used iBurst for so long that I'll have to refer to the letter.

    But - just let me get this straight - handed over to a debt collector in error?

    Uncapped Anytime - Subs for 01/02 - 28/ 174.56
    Wireless 5 Subs for 01/02 - 28/02 131.58
    Total 643.86
    Total Inc VAT 734.00


    If my contract is finished then the hardware subs should be removed as I would have paid for it already and would be fine with the charge for the uncapped anytime. If my contract is not finished then the charge for uncapped anytime needs to be removed until my contract is finished.

    Please rectify this before the next debit order date at the end of Jan.

    Is this what iBurst understands by escalation?

    This matter is going to be handed over to our attorney if we haven't heard from someone by the end of the week.

    Fraud, attempted extortion,defamation...we could have quite a nice little case here.

    Funny how one has to make an absolute scene to persuade a person to do their job, sometimes, isn't it?

    However, I am not joking about handing iBurst Accounts Department over to our attorney. I have given them 10 days to rectify this matter or be handed over.
    Their demands amount to fraud and attempted fraud, attempted extortion and defamation of character.

    I urge anyone who has been similarly treated by this department to follow suit, and institute legal proceedings against them. It's the only way they might learn to do business correctly.

    I went to Screamer after we cancelled with iBurst.

    Accounts Department heaven! Not a single incorrect/pulled out of their arse billing.
