Tired of continual incorrect billing, we finally gave iBurst our cancellation notice in 2009. They kept trying to take money out of my partner's account after the cut off date, and only stopped after we had a few words with them, and got them to admit that we didn't in fact owe them anything.
Now comes a poor quality, photocopied demand from some hole-in-the-wall debt collectors, dated November 2010 (and it only arrived in January 2011!) claiming an outrageous amount, apparently out of thin air, complete with threats of blacklisting.
Really iBurst, your inability to run an honest business never ceases to amaze - me and several thousand other people, it seems.
Kindly sort your irritating nonsense out before we decide, along with many others, to institute legal proceedings against you.
