Can you get someone from accounts to investigate my billing issues please?
I contacted accounts earlier and they said it would be fixed and I would be re-imbersed. This was on 10 April.
reference 001-00-753839.
I have since got my invoices and I've been overcharged close to R3000 in just 2 months.
Also I would like to know how to change my subscription and what the difference in costs would be. But the self-service web page to do so doesn't work.
