    Strangely enough I have already had someone contact me to fix it last week.

    I shall see if it reflects in the next months invoice and let you know.

    Hi Bubbles,

    Can you get someone from accounts to investigate my billing issues please?
    I contacted accounts earlier and they said it would be fixed and I would be re-imbersed. This was on 10 April.
    reference 001-00-753839.

    I have since got my invoices and I've been overcharged close to R3000 in just 2 months.

    Also I would like to know how to change my subscription and what the difference in costs would be. But the self-service web page to do so doesn't work.

    My iburst was at 22gb last night and now I am at -4gb tonight and capped, system broken?

    Mine is all normal so its not affecting everyone. Which doesn't comfort you I realise... Hope you get it sorted.

    There was a reported issue on the db but I'm sure all buckets will be correctly reconciled on else PM iBurst.
