Whenever I need to trace a parcel, the track and trace page for the post office never works.
How difficult is it to get this simple thing working properly?
Anybody else have the same problems? If any of you guys work there, please, sort this out.

Doesnt make a difference as parceltrack site needs to call the SAPO website, so net result is the same unfortunately![]()
I just tried it with a parcel I'm expecting and it worked 100% .....

the best way to do it is to go into a PO branch and have them call it up on their computers.

The entire post office website doesnt work!
I dont know who wrote this thing but my kid could do a lot better!
It's so slow - worse than a tortise- doesnt down load properly, there are bits missing and they NEVER reply to ANYTHING. You can have as many links as you like to their trace and trace but it that doesnt work, then you are sunk.
You would think by now the powers that be in the post office would realise that there is a problem and do something but obviously sitting on one's posterior and contemplating the navel is a much better option.
