Yep, I only buy from them if I can't find the product myself to import. They are really crazy with their prices. I never understand, why can I import something + pay shipping + pay import taxes etc etc and end up between 20% - 50% less than the shop selling hundreds of the same product??? Something is wrong with our countries business model...

Going through MyUS.com would score you a better deal 99.9% of the time.

in some cases they are cheaper. got my bfg 260gtx 55 maxcore for only R2400 with shipping when it was still 3-3.5k locally.

When items are heavy, its expensive to import - not much we can do about it

We run a niche service, helping people import items from the USA.

I think a lot of their stuff is just directly imported from Amazon - they don't even check to see how viable the prices are related to our market. This has got to be one of the worst ones I've ever seen:

These threads often pop up. WantItAll isn't meant for buying things that you can get locally.

its standard SA milksumeralism. I bought my Kindle for almost R1000 cheaper than Wantitall. And I got it in 3 days. Why someone would buy from them instead of amazon directly just puzzles me.

Maybe you want to purchase items off amazon that they are not willing to ship to SA?
