If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.
Things to do:
* DL Linux Netbook Remix
* DL Snow Leopard Combo update
This is where I will find a use for the R50 account.
Hopefully VC will counter with something?

Thanks. But I'm making calculations of the 3 lowest known speed types. I'm aware of 1.8, 2, 3.6, 7.2 and 10, 10.2 (mbps), this is S.A btw, in any case I stated in brackets that EDGE speed vary from device to device. At www.gsmarena.com edge is most times/devices are at 296kbps, some are the 236kbps you noted. Well, one would get an idea of what to atleast expect.

Hopefully imminent... Something like -
Vodacom: Uncapped for 1 week at R100. First 3 1/2 days get full handsets speed. Then remaining 3 1/2 days throttle to 128kbps would be a good deal. An option to switch between normal mode and uncapped mode after the first 3 1/2 days would be good.
This would be a innovative and good deal.

You do know what imminent means on this forum, right?

It appears this offer is still not available (well it's not on 555). According to the MTN website some of these services will only be launched on the 9th of April.
