Also has anyone tried using fb on pc using the 100mb on the vodacom color ur friends bundle?

Well I just registered and got 3mb of data. When I use the internet on my phone it uses the 3mb and not my airtime. I downloaded a 1mb file off a Russian site and it took the 1mb from the 3mb. So it seems that its not limited to only those sites like mxit and facebook ect ect

The 3mb you are referring to comes once you register with vodacom color for free

However after registering,you can buy bundles
The color for friends bundle at R29 includes 100mb
And specifies that it can only be used for
Mxit,fb and the grid.

From what you described, there is no restriction on the free
3mb offer,but the paid for bundle 100mb is restricted.

I would like to know,just like the OP,whether these bundles
Can be used on a pc ? Ie using fb for example on pc using the 100mb from the vodacom "color ur friends" bundle

Vodacom is robbing me here. I bought the R29 color ur friends that includes 100 sms and 100mb data. they charged me but never gave me any data. SIGH. What a mission is becoming to get that 100mb. Called like 6 times already.

The sms is to any network any time. By just being a colour subscriber you get 3mb each and every month to use on what ever. You you must recharge with R40 but you get those benefits free. If you buy the 100sms its cheaper than a sms bundle for normal customers. So its a decent deal.

You need it for RICA, which you have do regardless of if you make use of this deal or not, what is your point?
