Video Calling Problems on 6680

Hi,

Has anyone had problems with Video Calling between two 6680s?

If I make a video call, I can't see the other person, but they can see me...

If I receive a video call, I can see the other person, but hey can't see me...

Weird! Vodacom (155) said that is a problem with the 6680?

Anyone else experisnce this?

Well, I phoned Nokia customer care, and they said that there are no problems that they know of with the 6680... so they made a Video call to me, from another 6680, and it worked! :D

But, the Video Mailbox greeting still doesn't work!!! I have logged an issue at Vodacom Customer care, but no response yet...

When I record the new greeting, and press #, it plays back the greeting, but nothing happens, the vodacom logo just flicks off for a split second, not even my voice is recorded...

So far, my +/- 1 hour of calls to 111 and 155 haven't had any success. Vodacom keep saying that it works fine with the E1000 :mad: Big deal!

Anyone else have the Video Mailbox problem from a 6680?
 
Well, got a call back from Vodacom...

The video mailbox system has to be updated by Vodacom to handle the newer 6680...

Should be up and running soon... :D
