ZAR5bn sounds completely impossible - especially when Telkodemonopolies is already a BEE critter, but ZAR5bn > ZAR15m. Either way it seems one should become a BEE consultant to pocket the big bucks for doing absolutely nothing.

This is Souf Efrika......give the contract to a BEE company, who sub-contracts it to another BEE company, who sub-sub-contracts a non-BEE compliant company to do the actual work.
