Good RSSI but bad Signal strength

Hi

Recently I've been having this issue where by RSSi is very good (54-58) but it only shows 2 bars for signal strength. The download speeds are also very poor when this happens. Can this be a device issue on my side or a tower issue.

It's for a neotel prime device.

There is the possibility of the device failing you, contact technical at call centre (0800 333 636), let them troubleshoot and ascertain if it is indeed the device.
