Before I subject myself to the excercise in aggravation that is dealing with any customer service agent, I thought I'd try my luck here & see if anyone else has had the same issue, and how they fixed it.
I got myself a Nokia 5530 - nice phone, just taking some getting used to - over the weekend, on a Comes with Music deal. Everything has installed fine & updated, and I even successfully downloaded one album on my notebook to make sure it works.
I then activated the software on my main PC (Win 7 Home Premium 64bit, and sharing the same adsl connection as the laptop), updated everything to current versions & started trying to download the music I like from the store. The problem is that every single download fails after a few seconds, no matter how many times I re-try the download, and it's getting pretty frustrating, as I'm sure you can appreciate.
Any suggestions how to fix this so I can use the service I'm paying for would be greatly appreciated, & thanks in advance.
