    All the ministers contact details are available. Maybe we should start a paper war of letter complaints to Ivy and her crowd? They also have phone numbers - if you are brave enough

    You do not need to be brave. A minister is a civil servant and a civil servant works for YOU as the person whp pay their salaries through your taxes. Your only problem when you phone that number will be to get past the switch board - our civil servants are not known for their eagerness to serve.. (or to be civil, for that matter)

    I say we get her to give us a full report of what she's done to improve ICT in this country since she's been in the position . . ..

    Should be short and make for a good laugh.

    To an enormous extent imho, the whole tragedy of Africa arises out of the fact that most people simply do not understand that (with the result that the few who do can be easily rebuffed if they attempt to act on their understanding).
