Out of bundle pricing is 39c per MB, well below the standard prepaid rate of R2 per MB from Vodacom and MTN.
    Nice!

Yes not to bad but still R390 per GIG. Telkom 3G is on 30c per GIG.

0.39 per meg or R399 per gig, is still ripping us off, great that it's lower than the rest but that doesn't make it better.

Ok, this works for me. I buy 2.3GB for my dad every 2 months (1.15GB a month) for R389 a time which works out to R2334 per year.

Now the only question is when do they cover Warmbath (Bela Bela)?

    lol O'RLY?

30cents per GIGABYTE??!?! :O I might as well drop my adsl, cause thats cheaper than the few odd rand I pay per gig.

For R2,999 you will get a modem capable of speeds of up to 21.6Mbps and 5GB of data every month for a period of 12 months.
    Is that R2,999 once off?

If so, that works out to in bundle rates of about R50/gb.

That is a pretty good price in my opinion, especially given the speeds.

The good thing here is that Cell E is bringing healthy competition into the SA broadband market....I'm sure Vodacom and MTN will respond with lower 3G pricing soon.
Be the change you want to see in this world.

    Is this product hard capped?

If so, I will use the 5GB until it is finished & then switch to my NeoGo for the rest of the month.

It is just a Launch offer we do not know how their bundles look like.

You basically paying R2999 to beta test their system.

Finally, a decently priced 3g solution. Vodacom and MTN can stop raping us now, fuucking greedy pigs. The sad part is they will just match Cell C's prices, no skin off thier back.
