    have a digital receiver it finds 10channels but they don't work, signal not good i guess (where to point the aerial)

    I guess South Africa won't be seeing digital TV for at least another 15 years, when DVB-T, DVB-T2, and ISDB-T fall into the same category as 28.8K dialup, and there are new standards in place.

    You'd think that for ONCE, just ONCE, by SHEER luck, that the DoC could succeed at SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Even something small. FFS!

    The Brazilian Gov... since when has South America been a source of technological knowhow? Maybe drug production technology leaders, but nothing else!

    I got the DVB-T reciever and at home I use the main analog antenna without problems and recieve SABC 1, 2, 3, SABC International, E-TV, and few DSTV test transmissions and at the office I use the small antenna that I got with the tuner
    PC Specs: Asus P7P55D LE MB, Intel Core I5, 2GB Mem, 512MB PCI-E Full HD s-card, 22 x DVD writer, 2 x 2 TB Hd's, 250GB Hd, 23 Inch Samsung Full HD screen

    If I run a scan on my TV I get nothing. However I just tried the manual scan option in the menu and am finding some stuff on "Channel 35"

    It looks like INT, ESG, SS1, SS3, etc.

    Can anyone enlighten me on what this is? I'm in Cape Town.
