Neotel's consumer broadband plans explained

Neotel has got to be one of the worst Telecommunication companies in the country.

Had it at one point until they changed coverage, was basically told I can **** off.
 
...and we thought at one stage they going to save us from Telkom , VC and all the other bloodsuckers. Now they are just one big joke.
