Telkom is my service provider and my email account is with them and for some reason 2 people i email with @live.com as their email address their emails bounce right back.

what can the matter be?
Whats the error message in the bounced back email?

Put your own email address in the "TO" field and send it to yourself. If it works then the problem is as per Linoman's post above.
