Default Hosting website from Home - FreeDNS

HI, this is my first post, been a reader for a while.

I've signed up for a fixed IP from http://www.no-ip.com.
    Fixed IP = 198.54.202.xx
    Telkom Dynamic IP = 165.146.147.xx

How do I setup my Marconi Router with this IP's so that I can access my PC across the WAN.

I'm a novice, would really appreciate a detailed instruction.
    Thank you....

thats not a fixed ip. 198.54 is telkom's transparent proxy afaik.

just forward the ports for the particular utility you will be using to access your pc
from your router to your pc
then access your pc via your no-ip details.

btw when hosting at home try putting images on one of those free image hosts.. then just host the html/text/asp/php/sql things on your pc.. That way you limit your bandwidth costs by ALOT and can still change content dynamically with ease. just have to update/upload picture once instead of for every request etc

I use direct update so i just filter out 196.* and 198.* which you will find are the pass thru proxy.
