It looks like they send someone to your home/work with your new device who also collects the documentation needed for RICA. This is what Virgin Money did for FICA (courier drops of credit card, picks up highly private documentation).

EDIT: Oh and warchylde wins it by a nose!

Who in god's name would use Nashua?
Every person I know who is with them has some or other issue.
Why not go directly to the source?

A link from the article to Nashua's online store would have been useful..

I would NEVER EVER sign up for a cellular contract whether online, over the phone, or any other way. I'm not a sucker. Buy your own phone and get a prepaid sim card.

Can't agree more. Their service sucked for the last 10 years - now they want to play all inventive. The third world manning their stores are so .....

Why is this new? Vodacom Direct has been doing it since the 1990's... Go to http://www.vodacomdirect.co.za/ .... I got my phone from them in 2001 and never signed a contract back then... Sounds like Nashua is just rehashing something that's always been there...
