MWEB new message centre - broken out of the box......
Am I the only person in the world using MWEB's new message centre?
It is functionally useless.
1. Slow - takes ages to get anywhere
2. New mail received get displayed on pages to or three or wherever they want????/
3. Predictive typing of contacts - gone - best feature of old center.
4. Number of mails displayed is what ever it wants to be, no relation to reality.
5. ag so many other stuff, I do not even know how put in words how awful the thing is.
Why oh why must we endure this?
No surprises there. I'm convinced they just don't want people to use it.
Why in heavens name are you using the horrible thing?
I do not have any of those problems! (Mainly to do with the fact that I get an "IO data failure" alert when logging in and cant do anything)

Thanks for your feedback, just to briefly cover some of your points here:
Performance optimizations will be an ongoing focus of future releases.
Predictive contacts has been temporarily disabled. We know there is a lot of demand for this feature and it will be reactivated as soon as it has been fully optimized.
In terms of the other problems you are experiencing we'd really love to get some more detail from you so that we can attempt fault replication and get these issues escalated.

Why not just pull your mail into a Gmail account? You can even set it up to send mail from your mweb address too.
