    e.TV launches free-to-air e.Mobile

    e.Mobile TV was launched today, with the eNews Channel and Channel O available on cell phones on a free-to-air basis

    Do these cellphones connect to a computer monitor? If not then I'm not interested.

    Interesting... so we need to have "TV enabled" phones to watch this, rather than being able to stream over a data connection?

    No. I dont think there will be any data charges. It is not accesed through internet.

    R36 is from April 1st for DSTV mobile until then it is free to air.

    eTV is free.
    DSTV mobile = R36/m

    It has nothing to do with the mobile network. The only reason cellphones are involved at all is because some are capable of receiving a DVB-H signal.
