If you have the looks and feel up for the flaunt then head on over to Beautifulpeople.com where beautiful people rate beautiful people. You’re acceptance to this site is not at all guaranteed and you will have to pass the ratings of others over a 48 hour period before becoming one of the so called elite pretty ones on the site. Not only will other soft on the eye people have to allow you to pass into the fortress of the stunning, they can kick you out too! Yes, over 5000 members lost access to the site after this past holiday season because they gained too much weight. Talk about picking a whip for your own hind quarters!
The site was opened in 2001 and sports over 5 million members at the moment. Maybe the reason it is not widely publicized or talked about is the fact that it is so exclusive. Who wants to talk about something they don’t feel comfortable joining or perhaps got rejected from? To give you an idea only 1/8 of British men that apply get in according to recently released figures and only 3/20 British women get granted access. Britain apparently have too many ugly people. I wonder how South Africa is faring? For most countries they reject more people than they allow. Snobs! Being thin is clearly one of the requirements.
If you think the site owners feel bad about their recent holiday fat busting, think again. “As a business, we mourn the loss of any member, but the fact remains that our members demand the high standard of beauty be upheld,” said site founder Robert Hintze.
“Letting fatties roam the site is a direct threat to our business model and the very concept for which BeautifulPeople.com was founded.”
