i have tried RR 3.0.2 but don't get the jelly bean hype? what is the difference between that and RR ICS? for me i prefer using the ICS one over the JB. Can someone please point out what the main difference is?

I'd say UI smoothness and Google Now, but the latter is now available to ICS devices too if you have the time. I tried RR302 and the stoopid thing couldn't even sign in to my g-account. So, meh.

Here you go! I haven't tried it myself, the super nexus rom is working 100% on Jelly bean so...

I just checked out [ROM][AOKP][MS6][4.0.4] 09/07 Kaffee4Eck AOKP Online v07 [SIMPLE|FAST|STABLE] and it's awesome. It looks almost exactly like RR though. Anyone used this Kaffee4Eck ROM?

I have searched around but cannot find an answer to my question. Does it matter if you flash a ROM/Firmware that is meant for a different country if it is unbranded?

Are there any advantages to flashing the relevant Firmware/ROM for SA or disadvantages to flashing an unbranded Firmware/ROM meant for a different country?

I am thinking of flashing this ROM but just wanted to check first - http://wanamlite.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=375

Back in the day when i used Samsung ROMS i downloaded a ROM meant for somewhere in Europe, must have been Hungary..it was in the early days of leaked ICS ROMS. It worked 100% with no issues. The only issue you MIGHT find is that the radio included in the ROM doesn't work as well on SA networks and in that case you can just download a radio that works better (LPS comes to mind)

Also as someone on XDA recommended to me. If you experience radio problems. ie signal drops. Download GetRIL on the market and see if its not mismatched (RIL / baseband )which can cause problems. Use the program to fix if necessary.

No SA APN's with RR 3.0.2 JB, can't seem to add them either, after entering it all manually and tapping menu & save the APN list is still blank? So NO 3G/H+ data!

APN backup and restore doesn't work because Android v4+ versions apparently don't allow 3rd party apps to write APN's.

I cannot comment on 3G (We just get EDGE here) but my data is fine in Super Nexus
