HI Ockie,
Will the deals change significantly next month?
What are the factors that influence the deals?
Thanks
No sarcasm intended: why do you guys take out Vodacom contracts?
I'll be needing a new contract in the foreseeable future so I've been browsing around and it seems like Cell C is the way to go, and Vodacom receives more criticism than the other networks. I must say, the Straight-up contracts on Cell C are amazing, as is the 99c a minute calls to any network from the first second.
Vodacom is also the most used network so it's no surprise it gets the most criticism.
One thing I liked about my last two MTN contracts were the 'free' phones, but to be fair to Cell C the probability that I'll need to spend a cent on airtime is very low, so they wouldn't recoup the cost of any freebies. 100 anytime minutes, 100 smses and 100MB data is spot on for my needs and represents excellent value at R100 a month even without a handset thrown in.
Will Vodacom be offering the Galaxy Ace 2 soon? If so, any idea when it would be available?
Why can't I migrate from my Topup 315 to your Standard Smart without a Handset of R269. I tried to it at a Vodashop. But the staff was not very helpfull and was not trained in your new smart packages

It should not be a problem to migrate you to the new smart packages, whether it be while you doing your phone upgrade and getting a new phone or simply migrating you to one of the new smart packages while still in contract (migration costs might apply that will be detailed in the migration quote)
Now why you loer en kyk gelyk?
Is ek miskien van goud gemake?
Please help because I called the VC call centre and spoke to team leader and she was not able to do it
The 3GB for R199 seems like a pretty good deal and probably the best value for money. Gonna have a talk with my local Vodashop tomorrow.
When I was in a Cell C outlet a few weeks ago they were running a 2GB for R99 promotion. The 3GB for R199 seems like a pretty good deal and probably the best value for money. Gonna have a talk with my local Vodashop tomorrow.
Cell C has good promotions but their service is not on par with that of Vodacom in my hometown, they don't even have a shop or any representation whatsoever in my town. (closest shop is 60km away, which means I will have to drive there on a Saturday if I want to sort out any problems, not something that I look forward to)
I have a Vodacom contract that's due for an upgrade from tomorrow, so I might as well stay with them.
