Eish, took the plunge and went for the 8ta 3G promo on prepaid for iPad's. After initial issues (taking a very very long time to sign up, systems being down in store etc) the service worked ok. Now that I have to recharge, I am in recharge hell! I bought the vouchers, but 8ta's systems are down again! So two days without being able to get online via 3G. 8ta self is no help, cannot assist me, just saying they use the same system and it is down (and has been at time of writing for two days) so not sure how they plan to resolve this. The customer service experience is horrible, they just do not return calls or return emails.
