Default Can't Telkom do ANYTHING right???

Just received the following email from Telkom Internet Support:

... and decided to give it a try and see what it does. My response says it all:
Hey, can’t you Guys every get anything right????
    1. The tool is well hidden – I had to really look around on your website before I could find it.
    2. One CANNOT, as you say, simply download the tool and then double-click on it to run it. In case you don’t know, it is a zip file, so it first has to be extracted before it can be run. Not difficult, but that is not what you say.
    3. Okay, so let’s extract it and run the thing and see what it does… SURPRISE! Hah, you poor fool of a Telkom client, now you must have a password to run it.

    I rest my case.

They can cut your phone line off quite quickly on non-payment. They can do that right.

B.t.w. - forgot to mention: some time ago they also sent out a mail warning users about phishing, in which they categorically stated "Telkom will never send out an e-mail asking users to click on a link..." - and now they have done exactly that... again.
AcidRaZor: looks like I am going to have to follow your point and stop payment, I've given notice but my telephone and ADSL are still working.
