**Dual View I Decoder - Flashing Yellow LED**

Since Monday, there is a yellow flashing LED @ the bottom left of my Dual View I decoder. It wasn't doing this before, the signal levels on both TV1 & TV2 are acceptable, there are no error messages on either TV1 or TV2 and a reboot doesn't clear the 'new feature'.

Does anyone know what the yellow flashing LED means and why it has suddenly made an appearance after 8 years?!?
 
Probably a message telling you to read the new terms and conditions (that's what it was on mine).
