Neotel Address Query

Has anyone else battling with coverage issues checked the address that Neotel has stored the account on?

Neotel refused me a device last year because of a lack of coverage, so I was wondering why they have given me the device now but the address that the have seems wrong?

A company that ppl were eager to ditch their modems, with that said I'm still with them because it's enough but I feel that recently there's been something going worse.
Maybe it's my modem, but I can't play on psp fifa 10 online as I used to a few weeks ago.

Also I think with the arrival of Cell C, less were using neotel so it should've improved but like I said, the past 1 week it's been a little bad.
