    Default Set Up Setting up Android / Red Bull Mobile

    Setting up Android for Internet:
    1. On the device, press the Menu key.
    2. Select Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
    3. Press the Menu key and select New APN.
    4. Select Name, enter Redbull Internet and press OK.
    5. Select APN, enter mobile.redbullmobile.co.za and press OK.
    6. Enter the user name and password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    User name:
    Password:
    7. Select APN type, select default and press OK.
    8. Press the Menu key and select Save.
    9. Press the radio button next to Redbull Internet to set the profile as default.
    10. Press the Home key.
    11. Press the Menu key and select Browser.
    12. Press the Menu key and select More > Settings > Set home page.
    13. Enter http://m.redbullmobile.co.za and press OK.

    Setting up Android for MMS:
    1. On the device, press the Menu key.
    2. Select Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
    3. Press the Menu key and select New APN.
    4. Select Name, enter Redbull MMS and press OK.
    5. Select APN, enter mms and press OK.
    6. Enter the user name and password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    User name:
    Password:
    7. Select MMSC, enter http://mms.cmobile.co.za and press OK.
    8. Select MMS Proxy, enter 196.31.116.250 and press OK.
    9. Select MMS Port, enter 8080 and press OK.
    10. Select APN type, select mms and press OK.
    11. Press the Menu key and select Save


    Setting up Android for WAP:
    1. On the device, press the Menu key.
    2. Select Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
    3. Press the Menu key and select New APN.
    4. Select Name, enter Redbull GPRS and press OK.
    5. Select APN, enter mobile.redbullmobile.co.za and press OK.
    6. Select Proxy, enter 196.31.116.250 and press OK.
    7. Select Port, enter 8080 and press OK.
    8. Enter the user name and password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    User name:
    Password:
    9. Select APN type, ensure this field is left blank and press OK.
    10. Press the Menu key and select Save.
    11. Press the radio button next to Redbull GPRS to set the profile as default.
    12. Press the Home key.
    13. Press the Menu key and select Browser.
    14. Press the Menu key and select More > Settings > Set home page.
    15. Enter http://m.redbullmobile.co.za and press OK.

    Hello Cell_C

    Can you please confirm that the settings above are still valid? I'm having connectivity problems when using them and when I use the Cell C settings, I cannot connect when roaming on Vodacom.

    Thanks for the info... would be nice if Cell C was actually doing something about it.
