LOL @ DRAFTFCB...you bunch must think people are idiots!
“Furthermore, research commissioned by Vodafone concluded that Vodacom is the best mobile broadband network in South Africa,” DRAFTFCB stated.
I have research commisioned by myself concluding that im the best in the world at everything. So dont argue with me. LOL
although R9.25 per Bundle does sound good to me. How many megs do i get? 10MB's, 20MB's or maybe a whole 50MB's?

Great! I've always had issues with the "More Broadband for your Rand" slogan.
More broadband for your rand between 00h00 and 05h00 when the country is sleeping.
Good on ASA!
lol.. good one
Wonder if Anton Fourie (antonf) will now retract all the insults he threw at the ASA for not responding to his complaint?
An ASA ruling I agree with! ;-)
Thinking about it, this stupid "More Broadband for your Rand" slogan was used a long time ago. Or is it still being used today?
I'm all for ASA adressing false advertising, but aren't we taking it a bit far? I get the feeling every second person is writing to ASA for every second ad.
It's just a slogan to get attention - I'm going to side with DRAFTFCB, over-reaction for a slogan that's very 'gray-area'.

While you're here, a question for you.
Why do you keep on ignoring the questions posted in this forum about the "sustainability" issue?
You post when it suits you (like just now) which means you're reading the forum every day but refuse to answer the question if your 5c/MB rate is sustainable.
It's a simple question, you'll agree. Yes or no?

Justice is served. I am thinking of submitting a complaint to ASA about some of VCs other misleading slogans as well.
LPR, any news on those 42Mbps modems yet ? It has been a while since the launch in PE - no more excuses about customs please.
Unfotunately Cell C started a trend to run to the ASA every second week with a complaint against MTN and Vodacom and this turned into a free for all it seems. Antonf was quite open he's all pro-Cell C and anti-ASA everytime they rule against Cell C. He probably wanted to prove a point that he could also couter-lodge a complaint against Vodacom.
never thought I'd agree with them
