If ANYONE has a direct line or number for WiMAX faults at Telkom PLEASE let me know. I have just spent R97 on a cell phone call to Telkom to TRY and get feedback on a logged fault. I do not have a landline hence WiMAX. The menu one dials is different and i find NO option for WiMax any longer. I went through to some fool, and i asked to be transfered from ADSL to WiMAX and they simply put me through to some unrelated department. Why do we need to deal with so many idiots to whom we pay good money to bugger us around.
There is no no option to get to a wimax person at all. Screamer is so backward they are STILL not in my area in midrand and likewise Neotel - who are a waste of good time anyway and are as bad as telkom. God I am frustarated as hell I would like to physically strangle Telkom CEO and tell umfan i WANT SERVICE!!!
