60cm dish price is +- R270.00 , you can go to Wonderboom PTA , there is a Parrot place next to it.

HDcabling do not stock 60cm only 80cm at R499, i just found another DStv installer in centurion who has 60cm dishes with mounts for R200. Going to pick it up in the morning. Now if i could only find my Satellite signal finder, i'd be good to go.

Get the bigger dish. I moved from a place with a 90cm fiberglass Visiosat to a 60cm Elsat. The big dish never lost the picture in the rain. This small one loses the picture when there's fog.

That Visiosat is a class dish and better than just about anything, but your 60cm shouldn't be losing signal in fog... maybe heavy rain. Is the allignment 100%?

    A joke or a hyperbole?

Hyperbole. The alignment is fine, signal strength 100 and quality is 98 in clear weather on HDPVR 2P. Paid a fortune for that Visiosat back in the day, probably had rain fade once a year.
